I had one of these many years ago...and it really does work. Please know, though, that you will be sticking a needle-sized stylus into the hair follicle. You will have a bowl of salt water nearby and dip your finger and thumb into it, so that when you put your wet fingers on the metal band around the stylus pen with the stylus in the follicle, you complete the electrical connection. The only place you will feel the current will be where the stylus is inserted. It could be -- a tingle or sting -- depending on how high you have set the dial. You are actually electrocuting the root of the hair. Sometimes you'll have to retreat. And you must know to catch the hair during a growth phase or it won't work. To be sure of this, cut the tip of the hair (or hairs)off and give it a couple of days to start growing again, then do the procedure.
The 10-15 chin hairs that I got rid of 30 years ago did not come back. I have a couple knew ones now, so, I would love to have one of these things again!
IF YOU GET ONE, remove the battery before storing it so that you don't run the risk of ruining yours by battery corrosion like I did mine.

I can tell you that the product works as promised. It is the only personal electrolysis device, short of buying an expensive professional machine. The problem for someone like you is that you will probably hurt yourself, so don't buy it!
